Levi Holladay

President

Levi has been with Organic Ag for over 10 years. He has quickly learned the trade upon his arrival in December of 2005, and directly oversees the majority of the day-to-day operations in Ventura County. Levi manages the spreading operations and to see that the equipment is properly maintained. Levi’s skills go beyond management as he works on and with the equipment as well as providing maintenance, and welding on vehicles and equipment as is needed. Levi’s knowledge of the industry is developing quickly and he works with Ken to keep the operations running efficiently as well as looking for ways to expand the company in the years to come.

Peter Holladay

Vice President

Peter has been with Organic Ag for almost 10 years. He directly oversees the majority of the day-to-day operations in Riverside County. Peter’s experience in the agriculture industry has been vital to Organic Ag as the company expanded it’s operation into Riverside County.

Brian Kraft

Office Manager

Brian has been with Organic Ag since 2005 and handles all of the corporate accounting and other office related duties including the human resources department. His experience in an office environment for over 15 years has given him the experience to efficiently manage all of the administrative responsibilities that he is called upon to do.

Joaquin Rodriguez

Field Manager

Joaquin has nearly 30 years of experience in the mulch spreading industry. He has worked with Ken for many years and joined on with Organic Ag in December of 2005. Joaquin is the field supervisor for all projects in Ventura County and Riverside County. He works in the field as well as assisting Levi with overseeing the day-to-day operations. Joaquin also has many skills as an equipment operator and as a welder and is a valuable asset to the company.
